How can I shop?
To shop in our online store first browse our products by clicking "Yarn Collections" in the top menu. Then you can select one of our collections, a list will show. Select next the yarn you like and a list of colours will show.
In the colour list screen you will be able to add the yarn and quantities you need. Click in the "Add to Cart" button and it will be added to your shopping cart.
A summary of your selected yarn will show on the left menu. Once you are done with your shopping click on "Go to Checkout"
Checkout Process:

Review your order and click on Checkout

If you are a returning customer type in your login information and proceed, if not, select NEW and fill in the form with your billing information.
- Review your billing information and click on Next

Select your shipping method and click on Next

Select your payment method

Review your order, give us your comments and Confirm your Order

If you are paying via credit card select if you pay via Paypal account or Credit Card.

Fill in the payment information at the paypal page and confirm

Can I return product? - Our return policies
Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 90 days of purchase. Returns for exchange or store credit must be accompanied by the original receipt. We suggest for those customers who are knitting garments, that they knit the back and one sleeve first. This allows for a better assessment of how much yarn they will need to complete the project.
Patterns, books, needles and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
SALE YARN and SPECIAL orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

For shippments within Canada
For orders $0.00 - $100 shipping is $20.00
$100.00 - $200.00 $25,00
$200.00 - up $30.00
For Shippments within any continental state in the USA: $30.00 CAD
How long will it take to receive my package?
Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery of your purchase via regular parcel post.
Do you ship to the U.S.A? or Do you ship to any province/territory in Canada?
Yes, we do ship to any any province within Canada and continental U.S.A.

Enter your username (email that you used to register) and password.

I do not remmember my password
To recover your password click the link "Forgot your password" located under the login form. Then provide the email you registered with. An email will be sent to your email account in the next couple minutes.
How can I see my registered information and my shipping address
After you have log-in, click the Account Maintenace link that is under your name.
You can then click the Account Information or the Shipping information links to see and edit your information.
How can I see my Order status
After you have log-in, click the Account Maintenace link that is under your name.
A list of your current orders will show and the current status. Click on the View link to see the details of your order.
